Loch
Ridge is comprised of 310 acres of land with fantastic views of the Rocky
Mountains, minutes from the NW Calgary city limits amidst the affluent
residences of Bearspaw.
Submission for Approval
A Concept Plan for development and construction of 250 exclusive, acreage
homes is being prepared for submission to Rocky View Municipal District
for approval.
The
Concept Plan features several ponds interconnected by a creek system to
provide continuous water flow. A strategic footpath design takes advantage
of the beautiful spots along the water, the natural vegetation and will
provide perfect viewpoints for wildlife watchers. An equestrian center
completes the design.
